Clinical and operational modules
Greencube is organised as a set of modules that share one patient record. Administrative, clinical, logistics, and financial teams each work in their own module, and information flows between them without re-entry.
Core clinical and administrative modules
- Admissions: patient registration, appointments, bed management, emergency reception, and authorisations.
- Medical history: the electronic patient record, from anamnesis and diagnoses to test requests, treatment, and signed discharge reports.
- Nursing: assessment, care plans, medication administration, vital signs, wound monitoring, and nursing worklists.
- Surgical: preoperative documents, theatre planning, anaesthesia and surgical reports, recovery, and surgical safety.
- Diagnostics: worklists and signed reports for imaging, laboratory, pathology, endoscopy, and other tests.
- Pharmacy: unit-dose dispensing, pharmacist validation, therapeutic exchange, outpatient dispensing, and the hospital drug guide.
Operations and finance
- Procurement: catalogues, suppliers, purchase orders, storerooms, and patient-level consumption allocation.
- Billing: automatic pre-invoicing from clinical activity, insurer authorisations, collections, cash registers, and medical fee settlement.
Patient and mobile applications
- Patient app: mobile appointment booking, self check-in, results, reports, and authorisations for patients.
- Patient portal: secure web access to records, reports, results, and online appointment booking.
- Nursing app: bedside assessment, drug administration, vital signs, and consumption capture on mobile devices.
- Professionals app: mobile worklists, prescribing, diagnoses, test requests, and imaging review for doctors.
- Patient room: device options for point-of-care access at the bedside, from smartphones to trolleys and TV arms.
