Patient portal

The Greencube health portal gives patients direct web access to their own medical records, reports, and appointments, anytime and anywhere with an internet connection, as a channel of communication between patients, professionals, and the hospital.

Access and safety

Patients receive access keys from staff at the centre, either handed over at the admissions desk during any visit or issued on request at a counter. When keys are generated, the system produces a document for the patient that includes the notifications and recommendations required by data protection legislation. From the home screen, patients log in with their keys, recover lost credentials, or register as new users. Without full access, a patient can still use their record number and identity document to book an initial appointment, with no access to other information. The portal is designed for intuitive use while safeguarding the security and privacy of personal clinical data.

What patients can do

FeatureWhat it provides
My settingsUpdate profile information such as telephone numbers, addresses, and email, improving the quality of the hospital's database.
My documentsViews over the personal medical history, with access to consultation reports, radiology reports, and test reports.
My appointmentsRequest, track, or modify appointments; see past appointments and print an attendance certificate. Booking shows the centres, specialists, and doctors covered by the patient's insurance, offers three date options based on availability, generates a printable confirmation, and emails the details if an address is on file.
My discharge reportsAccess and print discharge summaries.
My test resultsCheck analytical and radiological results and print any report.

Configuration by the centre

As with the patient app, the centre decides what is bookable online. Agenda maintenance marks each schedule as accessible or not on the web, and flags which schedules accept online bookings; by default all outpatient schedules are accessible. Reports list current schedules with their web status and the appointments made through the portal in a given period.

How it connects

The portal is a window onto the same Greencube record used in the hospital: appointments booked online land in the agendas managed by admissions, and reports and results appear as they are signed in the clinical system. It complements the patient app, offering the same core services through a browser.
