Integration patterns

Most Greencube deployments connect to existing hospital systems. These are the patterns used across 300+ live sites.

Admissions, discharge, and transfer (ADT)

Greencube can act as the master patient index or subscribe to an existing one. ADT events flow over HL7 v2 or FHIR, keeping patient identity, location, and episode state consistent across connected systems.

Laboratory

Bidirectional order and result interfaces with laboratory information systems: orders placed in Greencube, specimens tracked, results returned with reference ranges and flags into the patient record and clinician worklists.

Imaging

Greencube integrates with PACS and RIS through DICOM and HL7: modality worklists driven from Greencube orders, and results and key images surfaced back inside the clinical record.

Pharmacy and medication safety

Formulary management, electronic prescribing, dispensing integration, and medication administration records, with interaction and allergy checking at the point of prescribing.

National reporting and registries

Deployments feed national datasets, insurance systems, and disease registries in the formats each market requires. In national programmes, Greencube operates as a shared record across multiple facilities with central reporting.
